At The Aesthetic Compliance Co. LLC., our mission is simple: we’re here to take the mystery (and stress!) out of compliance for small businesses—especially in the fast-paced aesthetic industry. We know regulations are always changing, but don’t worry. Our team stays on top of every new rule so you don’t have to lose sleep over it.

Meet Christina, our founder—and proud mom of two—who’s spent her career working in aesthetics, finance, accounting, and management. Armed with a degree in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems, she started her compliance journey in 2023.  In 2025, she started The Aesthetic Compliance Co., LLC. Today, she channels all that experience into creating fresh, innovative solutions that keep our clients ahead of the game.

What do we specialize in? Helping Med spa owners figure out and follow their unique state compliance, from the rules and responsibilities for medical providers and estheticians to telehealth, OSHA, and HIPAA. As our business continues to grow, you’ll find us juggling client orders, sharing tips on social media, and brainstorming ways to make compliance easier (and yes, a little more fun).
